The preliminary draft of the Health Care Spending Benchmark Legislative Report is posted and available for public comment.
Through December 11, the Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) is accepting written public comments at ourhealthde@state.de.us on the preliminary draft of the Health Care Spending Benchmark Legislative Report due to the Joint Finance Committee on December 15. The preliminary draft can be found here.
A revised draft of the “Road to Value,” which includes public comments, will be posted this week on the DHSS website. The Department also will plan for a longer public comment period on the Legislative Report starting on Dec. 15.
